Mana Minds SIA Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”)
1) All invoices are due for settlement in full within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
2) Mana Minds SIA reserves the right to request payment in advance at its own discretion.
3) Mana Minds SIA reserves the right to suspend delivery to a customer where an invoice has not been paid by its due date.
4) Mana Minds SIA reserves the right to include reasonable legal and collection fees in addition to any balance owed, should it be necessary to take action to collect any debt due.
5) Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the customer until Mana Minds SIA has received in cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the buyer and Mana Minds for which payment of the full price of the goods thereunder has not been paid.
6) All delivery of goods as specified in the Invoice will be deemed to have been received and accepted by the purchaser unless notification of non-delivery or is received by the company within 2 working days of the date of dispatch.
7) No liability is accepted for loss arising from any delay in delivery however caused.
8) Should you receive products from Mana Minds SIA that are not as stated in your invoice this must be reported to your sales contact within 24 hours of delivery. Mana Minds will then endeavor to solve the situation for you as swiftly as possible.
9) We reserve the right to vary our prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary.
10) Orders received by us are processed immediately and go straight into our system. Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, we cannot cancel or amend the order unless under extreme circumstances. Any changes or cancellations will incur an administration charge.
11)These conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
All disputes arising from these Terms are resolved through negotiations. If the parties do not agree, the disputes are considered in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
